As featured in the Wall Street Journal, I put Cape Cod real estate in your pocket with a paperless, mobile business that functions 24/7 from everywhere.
Every home I market for sale gets complimentary accessories staging where appropriate, receives its own website and home video, and exposure across multiple digital platforms. We begin with a data-rich market analysis of your home complete with statistical heat maps analyzing where the buyers are going.
If you wish to buy, I make the hunt for homes service-oriented, technologically advanced and fun. I write contracts you can sign on your smart phone from the oyster bar. If you can't make it to the Cape, you'll tour properties from your home or office via Facetime or Skype. The Wall Street Journal mentioned my advanced sales technique in December, 2013. It's real estate in your pocket.
Born in Worcester, Mass, I graduated with honors from Salve Regina College in Newport, R.I. and received a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Newhouse School of Telecommunications at Syracuse University. I enjoyed a super cool career as principle news anchor at the CBS television station in Syracuse and was honored to be a community columnist for the Syracuse Post-Standard newspaper. I also won a bunch of professional awards.
After getting my feet wet, literally, with Cape Cod vacations beginning as a five year old, I introduced my own four children to the place. We rented homes for a dozen years, and when I purchased my own we rented ours out for a dozen more. I wrote the book on managing a rental property from a distance. Well, I didn't actually write the book on that, but I could if I wanted to.
My children are grown now, so I'm left with the dogs and a ton of time to help you with your Cape Cod real estate goals. Downsizing, upsizing, selling out or buying in, I have a plan for you.
