As featured in the Wall Street Journal, I put Cape Cod real estate in your pocket with unrivaled response time, digital innovation and a presence across multiple platforms.
Every home I market for sale gets complimentary accessories staging where appropriate, photography with professional equipment, and because I am a former TV news anchor--videos, videos, videos. Then I get the word out across top digital platforms: youtube, instagram, twitter, houzz and pinterest. We begin with a data-rich market analysis of your home, complete with statistical heat maps to analyze where the buyers are.
If you wish to buy, I make the hunt for homes service-oriented, founded on research and fun. I write contracts you can sign on your smart phone from the oyster bar. If you can't make it to the Cape, you'll tour properties from your home or office via Facetime or Skype. The Wall Street Journal mentioned my advanced sales technique in December, 2013. It's client-centric real estate in your pocket.
Born in Worcester, Mass, I graduated with honors from Salve Regina College in Newport, R.I. and received a Master's Degree from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I enjoyed a super-cool career as principle news anchor at the CBS television station in Syracuse and was honored to be a community columnist for the Syracuse Post-Standard newspaper. I won a bunch of professional awards.
I fell in love with Cape Cod during childhood vacations and then introduced my own four children to the place. We rented homes for a dozen years, and when I purchased my own we rented ours out for a dozen more. I wrote the book on managing a rental property from a distance. Well, I didn't actually write the book on that, but I could if I wanted to.
Downsizing, upsizing, selling out or buying in, I have a plan for you. A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors and a Zillow 5-Star agent, I also help readers stay ahead of the curve with news and information on my website.
