I put Cape Cod real estate in your pocket with a paperless, mobile real estate business that functions 24/7 from everywhere.
If you’re selling your home, let's flex some marketing and social media muscle with a custom website and blogs that highlight the unique features of your home. You'll get professional videos and branding that come from an advanced degree in broadcast journalism and years of success in the media.
If you wish to buy, I’ll make the hunt for homes service-oriented, technologically advanced and fun. Let’s write that purchase offer at the beach, or the golf course or the clam shack. I'll write a contract you can sign on your smart phone from the oyster bar. It's real estate in your pocket.
Born in Worcester, Mass, I graduated with honors from Salve Regina College in Newport, R.I. and received a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Newhouse School of Telecommunications at Syracuse University. I enjoyed a super cool career as a news anchor at the CBS television station in Syracuse and was honored to be a community columnist for the Syracuse Post-Standard newspaper. I also won a bunch of professional awards.
After getting my feet wet, literally, to a Cape Cod vacation as a five year old, I paid it forward and introduced my own four children to the place. We rented homes for a dozen years, and when I purchased my own we rented that one out for a dozen more. I wrote the book on managing a rental property from a distance. Well, I didn't actually write the book on that, but I could if I wanted to.
My children are grown now, so I have the dogs and a ton of time to help you with your Cape Cod real estate goals. Downsizing, upsizing, selling out or buying in, I have a plan.
I also stay ahead of the curve with news and information about real estate in general and Cape Cod in particular. Check out my website and subscribe to my articles at www.MaureenOnTheCape.com.
